Will the components I purchase from the InDro Robotics Store come with full manufacturer warranties?

All components sold in the InDro Robotics Store are sourced directly from authorized manufacturers. This ensures you receive genuine products and are fully protected by the manufacturer's warranty since InDro is an authorized distributor. You avoid the risks associated with purchasing grey market products, where warranty claims may not be honoured.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within North America. We are working towards expanding our international shipping options in the future.

Why are your prices sometimes higher than the manufacturer's listed price?

The manufacturer's listed price is typically an international price before shipping and import taxes are factored in. Our prices reflect the actual cost to deliver the product to you in North America.
