OVERVIEW

The Agile X PiPER is a lightweight robotic arm with six integrated joint motors for smooth, precise control. Weighing just 4.2kg, it is made from durable yet lightweight materials for versatile use across various environments. PiPER comes in three other versions for specific purposes:

  • PiPER H: Handles up to 2kg payload. 
  • PiPER L: Has a longer reach (max 750mm).
  • PiPER X: Can operate in compact environments due to enhanced J4/J5 design.

Open Source Support: PiPER can be controlled via Python API and supports ROS2, offering flexibility for developers and ensuring smooth integration across a variety of projects.

The End Effector Bundle Option: PiPER can be paired with the Gripper to perform tasks, or Gripper+Leader for behavioral cloning and AI training purposes. Leader is a hand-held control handle that acts as a teacher, and Gripper or (the Follower) mirrors the leader's exact movements.
