OVERVIEW

The ZED Box Orin Nano 8GB is a compact, industrial-grade AI edge computer built on the NVIDIA® Jetson™ Orin Nano 8GB module. Delivering up to 40 TOPS of AI performance in a fanless aluminum case, it brings spatial computing to autonomous robotics, smart video analytics, and vision-based AI at the edge. With four GMSL2 camera ports and PoE+ power, it is an efficient, cost-effective starting point for mid-range computer vision applications on single or multi-stereo-camera setups.

• Designed for Stereo Cameras: With three USB 3.0 Type-A ports and a quad GMSL2 FAKRA port, the ZED Box Orin Nano 8GB unleashes the full capabilities of the ZED camera series and beyond. It natively supports all current Stereolabs depth camera models, including up to four ZED X GS / ZED X Mini GS / ZED X One GS / ZED 2i / ZED Mini, and up to two ZED One 4K.
• 40 TOPS of Edge AI Performance: Powered by the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano 8GB module, the ZED Box delivers up to 40 TOPS for medium computer vision applications on quad stereo camera setups, running depth sensing and real-time perception directly on your robot or device.
• Proven Multi-Camera Depth Performance: Using ZED X GS cameras with the ZED SDK 5.0 NEURAL LIGHT depth model (1920x1200 resolution), the ZED Box Orin Nano 8GB runs a single stereo camera at 30 fps with 36% GPU load, dual stereo cameras at 30 fps with 64% GPU load, and quad stereo cameras at 20 fps with 84% GPU load.*
• Easy to Mount: No drilling required. Simply mount it, plug in the connectors, and power up. With VESA and wall mounting options, the ZED Box Orin Nano 8GB can be reliably and securely installed in nearly any environment.
• Multiple Power Supply Options: Power the unit via PoE+ (up to 25.5W) or an external DC-IN supply (60W, 12-19V). PoE+ lets a single Ethernet cable carry both data and power, enabling deployment anywhere Ethernet cabling reaches, for long-range and outdoor coverage.
• Optional GPS RTK: Add a u-blox ZED-F9P GPS RTK receiver (supports GPS, Galileo, BeiDou, and GLONASS) for outdoor robotics and mapping applications.
• Ready-to-Use Out of the Box: Comes set up with the NVIDIA JetPack SDK, including CUDA, TensorRT, cuDNN, OpenCV, VisionWorks, and Docker, so you can start developing right away.
